RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Ocean Empire for Men.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.oceanempireformen.com simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The product returned must contain at least 50% of the original contents.
- Returned product sets must contain all original items included in the set.
- Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for refund.

Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SHIPPING CHARGES
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Ocean Empire for Men.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a damaged product and need to exchange it for the same item, please notify us immediately for assistance at sales@oceanempireformen.com. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items cannot be refunded.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
